Transparent scoring rubric
Our score is an advisory AI estimate, not output from Workday, Greenhouse, or any employer ATS. Different tools use different rubrics — that is why scores disagree across the internet.
| Signal | What we look for |

| Keyword alignment | Skills and role language present in your resume vs the job description (when provided). |
| Evidence of impact | Clear responsibilities and outcomes already in your text — we do not invent metrics. |
| Structure & clarity | Readable sections, standard headings, and content an ATS can extract from a text PDF. |
| Honesty limit | Missing JD keywords stay missing if your resume does not support them. |
