Naukri resume tips that still work in 2026

Use a single-column, text-based PDF — avoid tables and icon columns.
Mirror language from the job post only when it matches experience you already have.
Lead bullets with action + scope + outcome when your resume already has the numbers.
Keep a searchable Naukri headline and skills list aligned to the roles you actually target.
Track each apply so follow-ups do not slip — use ScoreMyResume Career Hub after sign-in.
